Weekend Shopping #OOTD

Hello, Donnas!

It seems like a long time since I have posted because I got in the rhythm of posting each day. This month is a big month for Brian and I. Yesterday was our 5 year anniversary, today is his birthday and then of course Valentine’s Day! I have been taking some time from posting to enjoy the moments with him and family. Yesterday we took a trip shopping and had a blast together. Since I want to focus more on Fashion posts, I wanted to share my #OOTD with you! I put together the following casual look for our day at the mall:

Jacket | Choker Top | Jeans | Purse | Red Beaded Bangle | Gold Beaded Bangle (sold out- linked rose gold) | Calvin Klein Belt | Black Booties | Polo Hat

This red top is the statement piece of this outfit. It is absolutely gorgeous and was gifted to me from Flying Colors Apparel. They are a game day apparel company that sells tops, tanks, dresses, and more in a wide variety of colors and you can also add select licensed collegiate logos on them! Their clothing makes it easy to look fashionable on game day. If you’re a college student, you know the struggle of trying to make a unisex tee look cute on game day!

What’s even greater than the beauty of these clothing pieces is that the company was started by a woman with a dream and they are going to be manufacturing all of their clothing in the USA starting in May of 2018! I love that the company was founded by a woman and was really inspired by Deb’s story. It’s also very exciting that they are focused on creating jobs in the US!

Although not all of their manufacturing is done in the US currently, they still have many options for US made apparel. I wanted to choose items that were made in the US to stay true to my running theme of spreading kindness in every part of your life on my blog. That being said, the top I’m wearing was US manufactured, and can be found here. I am absolutely obsessed with this top! It is so soft and cozy! It has a flowy cut so it looks great either tucked in or outside of your favorite pair of jeans! I am also going to be styling this tucked into one of my favorite A-line skirt once it warms up and starts feeling like Spring! I will definitely share photos on my Instagram when I do!

I absolutely adore the versatility of all of Flying Colors pieces. Although I’m not longer in college, I still enjoy wearing their clothing without logos as stylish basics! I have also received a dress from them that I will be styling and sharing with you soon so be on the lookout for that post soon!

On their website, you can search by school to see what schools they are licensed to sell here. I was so happy to learn that they are moving to all US manufacturing in the near future and am excited to continue working with them!

You can use my discount code: Chelsea10 for 10% off your entire order! Stock up now with your favorite teams colors for the next game! This code expires 2/25/18, so make sure you stock up now!

The purse in the photo was also sent to me for a collaboration from Imoshion. This company makes 100% vegan handbags and they keep up with current trends! I have four of their products now and love every one! I haven’t purchased any other handbags since I became aware of this company! The bag in the photo gives me Chloé vibes and those bags are pricey. The bag that I have can be found here and is only $35!

I got the CK statement belt at TJ Maxx for about $16 a week ago and absolutely love it! I have been lusting after a Gucci belt but this is such a great affordable substitute! It adds a classy touch to any look and is reversible with white on the other side which is so chic for summer! Statement belts are definitely a must have accessory to take your outfit to the next level.

Finally, the beaded bracelets in the second photo were gifted from Sashka Co., a company that I have a long working relationship with. This is a company with a beautiful purpose. Their glass bead bracelets are made by artisans in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal who are paid fair trade wages. Over 70% of Sashka’s profits go back to Nepal. I feel so great when I wear these bracelets knowing that I am helping raise awareness for such a great company. You can use discount code midtown20 at check to save 20% off your purchase, making each bracelet only $10.40! There are so many color and pattern options that there’s no reason not to purchase one! I love that these spice up any arm candy but also look great on their own or paired together like I have in the photo above. You can search all of their available bracelets here.

This outfit is so chic yet so comfy for a day at the mall. Can I just say that I was thrilled to have a day that I could wear a light jacket and not be freezing? It was raining, but still… I smell spring!

I hope you loved this outfit! Let me know what your favorite part of this outfit is and if you use any of my discount codes to buy any of the pieces for yourself!

QOTD: “No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up and never give up!”

Until next time,
